In this work, I wanted to create a conceptual editorial fashion series that pursues extreme simplicity.
By removing unnecessary decoration and exaggerated poses, I constructed an atmosphere using only the subject’s gaze, the texture of the clothing, and the temperature of light.
The restrained colors of beige and ivory, the dark space, and the faint blue-toned shadows do not explain the subject’s emotions directly. Instead, they quietly reveal them.
In this work, fashion is not a device for glamour. It is a minimal language that expresses the subject’s attitude and inner world.
Inside a space as cold as concrete, the soft garments hold emotions of silence, tension, and solitude.
SOFT CONCRETE is not simply a styling photograph. It is a conceptual editorial fashion work that attempts to leave the deepest emotion through the fewest possible elements.
